We were over the moon to win the pitching contest with fantastic charities Grace House and Recyke y Bike. The funds will go towards our Ducks in a row service. Its a vital service that we run to help women who have been affected by domestic violence in Newcastle. A HUGE thanks to everyone who voted for us on the day :)
We help address many of the challenges they face in order to take the next steps. From accessing essentials such as food and fuel to navigating benefit eligibility, making new friends and securing suitable and meaningful employment (even starting their own business).
It helps transform women’s lives from merely surviving to actually thriving. For them and their families.
