The pupils at St Joseph’s Primary School in Benwell truly rose to the occasion during their final pitch presentations. One standout team, Team Sponge Dob, designed an innovative smart spatula aimed at reducing kitchen fires and preventing burnt food. Their pitch—and the accompanying video—left a lasting impression on our guest judges from Draeger.
The winning team was thrilled to each receive a £20 Amazon voucher, and the excitement in the room was unforgettable.
