It was a crisp March day, but that didn’t stop some of the Crafty Queens from bundling up for a bracing outing in Cullercoats and Longsands. We took Maple, the pup, on a long, wet, and windy walk to shake off the cobwebs. Getting outside is so beneficial for our mental health, and we’re already looking forward to summer when we can enjoy even more trips out.
Spending time at the seaside can be beneficial for your health and well-being, as it boosts our vitamin D and the sounds and sights of the sea can be incredibly relaxing and reduce stress levels.
The group has been asking for more seaside and countryside adventures, and we can’t wait to make that happen in 2025, now that the weather is getting better.
