As a social enterprise, it’s something that we are acutely aware of.
That’s why we capture every difference we make and every footprint we leave on every project we pursue.
We talk to all the people involved – the mams, the dads, the kids, the groups, the schools, the communities, the volunteers and the supporting organisations themselves.
We make sure every voice is heard.
And, being a small organisation, we are agile enough to act on any feedback and ensure the impact we make is dialled up to the max.
Our Highlights
Since 2019, ON THE UP has supported over 1,254 individuals through the work we do in both schools and communities.
We’ve supported 7 schools in disadvantaged areas of Newcastle and 1 school in Blyth, Northumberland with our business enterprise challenges.
